Terms and Conditions - Win NUmeals for the rest of the year 2018

- Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
Who can enter
- Entry is open to all residents of New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
When to enter
- The competition commences on 06/10/2018 AT 12:01pm and concludes on 31/10/2018 at 11:59am AEDT. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
How to enter
- Entrants may enter the draw by:
- By registering with their name, phone number and email address via the contest signup page or social media form. This will count as one entry. AND/OR
- Purchasing any number of meals during the competition’s open dates. This is exclusive to online purchases at www.numeals.com.au. No in-store purchases or affiliated website purchases count as entries.
- Each meal ordered between the 1st of October and the 31st of October qualifies as an entry into the draw. This may be from one transaction or multiple transactions.
- The day and time of ordering will decide the eligibility for entry NOT necessarily the day and time of delivery. If orders are made prior to 05/10/2018 and received during the time of competition, this will not count as an entry. However, if an order is made before the competition’s conclusion yet received after the cut off day/ time, this will still count as an entry.
Number of entries permitted
- Contestants can enter as many times as they wish between the competitions commencement and conclusion.
Draw and notification of winner
- The winner will be drawn from any entry made during the competition at 1:00 pm on October 31st.
- The number of times a customer's name is entered into the draw will equate to the number of meals ordered during the competition.
- The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions the promoter makes in connection with the promotion.
- The winner will be notified by telephone and/ or email before close of business on Friday the 2nd of November. The winner of the prize will be published on the following email correspondence on Friday the 2nd of November.
Prize on offer
- The prize ‘NUmeals for the rest of the year’ is valid for the remainder of 2018.
- The prize equates to 10 meals per week, each week, for the rest of the year.
- The 10 meals are optional. The meals may be chosen by the winner each week.
- The 10 meals are ‘pre-built’ options only (including lunches/ dinners, breakfasts, snacks and sauces). The prize excludes Create Your Own options.
- The winner will be provided with a unique discount code to use each week. This is only valid for the 10 cheapest meals in your cart. additional meals will be charged at full price.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or affiliated products.
- The prize can be redeemed between Monday the 5th of November and Friday the 21st of December. If the prize is not redeemed for a period or the entirety of valid dates, the prize is deemed forfeited and no meals or compensation is awarded in lieu.
- The prize is not to be credited to another customer for any period of the redeemable period.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from NuMeals containing your order details (if you have provided the correct email address).
Delivery addresses may not be altered once an Order has been placed.
You cannot alter your set delivery day for your area and must adhere to the company delivery schedule.
Customers will receive one delivery per order and the delivery address and day cannot be altered once the order has been placed.
NuMeals cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.
NuMeals accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. NuMeals will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.
NuMeals will not replace or provide a refund for any meals ordered by the customer by mistake. Customers must notify NuMeals if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal within 24 hours of delivery by phone on 1300599626. Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement meal, refund or credit.
NuMeals reserves the right to change or alter delivery days and cut off periods without notice.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Allergies & Pregnancy Related
NuMeals strongly suggests that you consult your Doctor prior to consuming NuMeals. It is the Customers responsibility to refer to the Nutritional Panel and Ingredients of each meal before purchase. While NuMeals takes all due care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals, please be aware they may still be present.
NuMeals accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a Customer as a result of consuming a NuMeals meal/product - this also applies to expecting mothers.
