SUBSCRIPTIONS

To access your NUmeals Subscription, you need to have an active NUmeals Account.

When signing up to your Subscription, you will be prompted to fill in details to finalise your order; these details are used to create a NUmeals account. Once you have finalised your order, the system will send an Account Activation email. When you click on the link in the Activation email, you will be prompted to set a password & finalise your account.

Once this has been completed, you will then be able to log into your NUmeals account at any time and make changes to your Subscription as required.

If you already have a NUmeals account, you will need to be signed into your account when signing up to a Subscription for it to be connected with your account.

If you require a new Activation Email sent, or have any troubles access your NUmeals Subscription or Account, please contact us at on 1300 599 696 or at numeals@nutritionstation.com.

Once you have added your meals to your cart & continued to the cart page, select the "Subscribe & Save 5%" option. Then choose the frequency you'd like to receive your meals.

 

You can cancel your subscription at anytime without any costs. 

If your subscription has already placed a recurring order for the coming week, you are unable to cancel this order. You can only prevent future orders from being automatically placed.

 

Once a recurring order has been automatically processed for the upcoming pickup/delivery, we are unable to change, cancel or refund the order.

To cancel a Subscription, login to your account page, select "manage subscription" and choose the subscription you would like to cancel and select Cancel Subscription towards the bottom of the page.

Please note, this method requires up to 2 working days notice and your subscription and any orders that are placed as a result of it, are non-refundable.

 

To edit  the number of meals in your recurring orders , login to your account page, select "manage subscription". Choose the subscription you would like to edit, select Products in your Subscription and this will allow you to either Remove a product or edit the Quantity of the meals in that subscription.

Note you are unable to add different meals that aren't already in your subscription. To add new meals, you will need to cancel your subscription and create a new one with the desired meals.

For any other changes, please email us at info@nutritionstation.com & allow up to 2 business days for changes to be made.

 

 

ORDERING

Head over to our NUmeals menu page or create your own meals page and start adding individual meals to your shopping cart. When you are ready to purchase simply continue to the checkout.

Don't know what you should be eating? Add a meal plan to your cart. They are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

To provide café quality ingredients at low prices, we have a minimum order of just $50 (That’s just 6 meals!).

Place your NUmeals order online before 12pm (Midday) for same day Delivery or Pick Up (pending your location). 

The days we offer for Pick Up & Delivery will depend on your location; once you enter your delivery address in the first step of check out, it will allow you to select from the available days/dates from a calendar that we are able to offer. 

Deliveries are generally made between 3-8pm (this may differ depending our your delivery location).
Pick-ups are generally available for Pick up from 2pm (this may differ depending on the Nutrition Station store you choose). 

The Delivery timeframe and Pick Up time slots will show at the initial stages of the checkout process, which you will need to select to proceed finalising your order.  

Your order will be delivered the following week.

PAYMENTS

At the end of the online checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX debit/credit cards through our secure payments provider Shopify Payments. We also accept payment via PayPal & Zip Pay. 

We are unable to process any orders for pickup or delivery if your account has insufficient funds.

Once you have loaded sufficient funds, you will be able to place your order.

Unfortunately, you are unable to earn any NU loyalty points for online purchases. Points can only be earned or redeemed via in-store purchases.

 

NU loyalty points can only be earned & redeemed via in-store purchases. They can not be used online or linked to your NUmeals account.

 

Some of our Nutrition Station stores offer NUmeals deals that are advertised instore. on Instagram or Facebook, however this are instore specials only and apply only to the meals currently stocked in their Grab & Go fridges.

We offer Zip Pay, Paypal & Credit Card payments at checkout. Afterpay is currently not available.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our Nutrition Station Cafe Staff are unable to cancel your subscription or make any edits to it. For all subscription queries please email info@nutritionstation.com

To cancel a subscription order, you will need to provide 1-2 working days notice prior to your next renewal date. Once a recurring order has been placed, we are unable to refund the order. 

To cancel a subscription, login to your account and select cancel subscription from the option menu. Alternatively, you can email info@nutritionstation.com.

DELIVERIES

We deliver to most suburbs in the Sydney area. We are always looking to expand our delivery radius. 

If we do not offer delivery to your area, we do offer the ability to pick up from your local Nutrition Station Cafe.

 

We have a flat rate delivery fee of $10.00.

Pick-up is free from any of the participating Nutrition Station Cafes.

Yes, you can pick your order up from any participating Nutrition Station Cafe. Pick-up is free.

Your full order will be ready for pick-up on your selected day at your selected time slot.

Orders made in-store must be picked up. Any order online can be delivered in Sydney areas, however, you may still opt to pick up regardless of your location. 

Currently, we offer Delivery of our NUmeals orders between 3pm to 8pm, pending on the delivery location and which store your Order is coming from. 

The delivery timeframe will show at the initial stages of the checkout process, which you will need to select to proceed finalising your order.  

If you are not home during your selected timeslot, we will try contacting you to see if it can be left with a neighbour. If no one is able to accept the delivery, it will be returned to the closest Nutrition Station Cafe for pickup the following day.

Alternatively, you can call 1300 599 626 to contact the relevant Nutrition Station store or to reach out to our Nutrition Station Customer Service team and organise the meals to be delivered on the next available delivery day. Fees apply.

To ensure you receive your meals fresh and at a safe temperature, we do not leave meals at your front door. This also ensures that your meals cannot be stolen.

Hopefully, this never happens but if it does please let us know by contacting us on via email at numeals@nutritionstation.com or call us on 1300 599 626 so we can find a solution to the problem.

ABOUT THE MEALS

Light and Large refers to the number of grams in a meal and not the calorie, carbs or fat amount. Large meals have a higher quantity of protein and sides.

From fresh, peel back one corner of the seal and heat for 2:00- 2:30 minutes in the microwave.
From frozen, defrost in the microwave or in the fridge overnight, then heat as normal.

Please see the labels for the recommended way to heat each meal.  

We recommend that your meals are stored in the fridge as soon as they are collected. NUmeals will last 6 days fresh in the fridge before requiring freezing.

NUmeals use the same fresh, quality produce that our Nutrition Station Cafes use on a daily basis. Freshness is our promise, so we cook, pack and deliver your meals within a 24-hour timeframe.

Our meals are sealed using “Modified Atmosphere Packaging” technology. This removes the oxygen from the meal, allowing it to stay fresh naturally as long as possible.


We never use preservatives to keep food fresh.

Meals will tend to have enough clean sauce to restrict the temptation of adding any yourself. The addition of a clean sauce not only keeps your meals interesting, it also makes for easier consumption. Less chore, more enjoyment.

Yes you can! Our Create Your Own meal range, allows you to select your protein, carbs, and sides. You are able to select 50g, 100g, 150g or 200g weight options for each ingredient. Each meal must have 2 ingredients.

We have 4 Sauce options that you can add to your meals, or alternatively, you can select No Sauce. 

All other NUmeals are not customisable as they are designed to provide a balance of protein, carbs and fats to suit our customers. Should you have allergies or dislike a particular ingredient in a meal, you do not need to choose this, instead, you will have the option to choose from 16 other meals or one from our create your own range.

 

Currently, we offer the options of dairy free friendly and gluten free friendly meals. If you would like any further details about specific ingredients in NUmeals please email us at numeals@nutritionstation.com. 

All our NUmeals are designed to keep you on track for your fitness goals. The macros for each meal can be found here.

All of our meat products are Halal certified. However, some of our Nutrition Station stores do cook pork and bacon products in the same kitchens. All of our meals are baked, excluding the Naked Beef Burger which is cooked on the grill.

Yes. Just add the meal plan to your cart, remove the meal you do not want from your cart and finally go to the menu page to add an alternative meal.

We make sure all our raw produce remain the hero of the dish, by using the minimal necessary cooking steps such as steaming, baking or grilling. This ensures there are no additives, preservatives or nasties needed.
